Bill was great. He explained our mold problem to us. He said because it was a small area we could take care of it ourselves with bleach. He looked all around for more and said we were good. A dehumidifier will solve our problem. He was very honest and no charge for all of the valuable information.

Very polite and professional as going through the walk-through he explain mold forming but suggested that it was basically a small amount in the 2 bedrooms and what I can purchase to resolve this matter also I need to remove the carpet.
